Terms of Service▼ I reserve the right to decline a commission if I don’t think I can perform as good as I’d like or if I don’t agree on the subject.
▼ Payments are done through Paypal or Ko-fi, using $ USD as the currency.
Once the base sketch (no major details) is approved or if requested minimum changes the Payment must be done and notified to confirm.
▼ The final illustration is strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, UNLESS IT’S DISCUSSED FIRST. Please do not resell in any form (digital, prints, merchandise of any kind).
For commercial rights, please notify me first so we can set up a price and talk about how we will proceed.
▼ I hold the rights over my commissions. (post on my social media and use them as advertisements of any kind) unless commercial rights are discussed.
I reserve the right to livestream and record the process of the illustration, unless we agree differently.
▼ Commissions are non-refundable. Please remember that if the work has already started it’s time, energy and resources that I’ve already used.╚ ——————————————— ╝╔ ——————————————— ╗How do I work?Please describe your desired outcome clearly, providing as much information as you can. Be clear with the direction you want so I can work around it.
Image references are required. If you don’t have previous art you can send a “collage” with other images that can be used as references (hair, face, armor, clothing, etc) and a clear description of what you want.
If you have a deadline that is sooner than 2 weeks upon payment, please let me know to check availability. An extra will possibly be charged.
Once you have paid, you will be put into the queue. Normally, commission slots are open at the start of every month but depending on the amount of work I have I might open more slots during the month.
All commissions taken are delivered in a time frame (ETC) that can go from a couple hours (same day delivery) up to a month. I will be updating you during the whole process to make sure everything goes smoothly.
There are exceptions where I might get delayed for health/serious personal reasons but I will always try to communicate that.
Revisions to the commission are included in the price. You can use 3 revisions:
▼ Sketch approval: Any major changes eg. composition, pose must be stated here.
▼ Clean sketch: Once the first sketch is approved, I’ll add details like the face,
clothing, hair and accessories. Here make sure that everything looks okay before I start adding color.
▼ During the coloring phase you can use one round of minor changes (color adjustments, minor tweaks on details.)
▼ Major changes can be done after these revisions, but they will have an extra charge.
